Disabled accessibility modifications, widening of doorways, lowering cabinets, leveling floors, handicap ramps, remodeling bathrooms to accomodate the handicapped complete with railing system etc. All modifications are in compliance with the ADA codes and regulations. We will also help you with all necessary paperwork and forms for third party billing.

History:

The referral service was created in 2005 by Ronni Mandell, as a result of her own homeowner experiences with contractors of various trades, some were good but some were less than favorable. I wanted to provide a service that will provide quality contractors with safety in mind for homeowners.

Our goal is to provide a service to other homeowners that have had nightmarish experiences with the few bad apples and other homeowners that need a safe place to shop for a contractor for a project that is immediate or urgent and they do not have the time to locate a suitable company to do the work. The independent contractors that have been personally invited to be a part of the referral service have been pre-screened, are licensed and fully insured and have undergone a background check with various agencies.

We are not a lead service and we will not send 3 or 4 contractors to you, only one qualified contractor will contact you to provide you with a FREE ESTIMATE, evaluation and will make themselves available to complete your project to your satisfaction if that is what you wish. All contractors guarantee their work and they are competitively priced.

The referral service has a code of ethics that all independent contractors must follow and the components are: Integrity, Dependability, Efficiency, Accountability and Sincerity.
